All PP tanks are welded in computer-controlled machines with butt welding according to DIN standards and according to DVS 2208 norms and are also bent in the same machines. Due to high pressure at the base of the tanks, extruder welding is performed (wide welding). Tanks are tested for leaks with a 220 V spark test machine against manufacturing defects. PP tanks are manufactured with extrusion and fusion welding methods. In all our productions, German Simona brand PP sheets are used. The reinforcement profiles of the tanks are completely covered with PP U sheets to prevent air intake. After covering, they are tested with a spark test machine.

St-37 and stainless tanks are welded with an argon welding machine. Against hydrostatic loads, U profiles of suitable thickness from their own material are bent and used as reinforcement.

In tanks with temperature, thermal insulation is performed. The tanks are wrapped with 80 mm high-density rock wool. The outer surface is covered with 1 mm 304 quality stainless steel sheet. The sheets are bent in sections and no joint is used. Aesthetics are considered in the tanks. The welds made are cleaned with the pickling method.
